West River Railroad #3 "J. L. Martin"

By June, 1881, the West River Railroad was doing enough business so that the No. 3 "J. L. Martin," seen here at South Londonderry, Vermont, near the north end of the line, was added. An illustration from "36 Miles of Trouble" by Victor Morse from the Shortline Railroad Series published by The Stephen Green Press.
